APEX Racer is a pixel art racing game that was recently released on the App Store. The game is kind of a mix between tuning and customization as much as it is a racing game. There are a ton of different vehicles that you can tweak and tune to your liking. And when you’re broke, you can go out and hit the quarter mile and earn some cash for new parts. APEX Racer is still in Alpha, so there are a lot of things still missing in the game. But, it looks like there’s a lot of stuff on the way from the developer. There’s also a pretty big community for this game already. I’ve played a good chunk of it and I like what I see so far. The pixel art is really well done and I’ve been having a lot of fun with tuning my cars. It’s a good alternative to Pixel Car Racer. If you’re a fan of drag racing and car parts, APEX Racer is worth checking out.
