IT’S ANOTHER RELEASE WEEK ON THE eSHOP GLITCHES!!
Wow! It’s been since February of 2021 since I’ve done the last Switch Roundup! A lot has changed on the eShop since then. I gave up on it back then because 90% of the games that were released daily were of quality. So, it was kind of pointless to run a Roundup when it was basically the same thing as checking out the eShop for yourselves.
Unfortunately, like I said, things have changed since then. Now, the eShop is starting to look a lot like the App Store and Google Play with just about anything from hentai puzzle “games” to digital clocks popping up daily. (And the eShop isn’t the easiest of places to navigate through). So, of course a lot of great indie games are getting washed away and overlooked out there unless they end up having a decent marketing budget.
So, we’ll try this again and hopefully it helps out smaller developers and people looking for these games without all the hassle! The Switch Roundup will kind of be a “work in progress” this week until I get back into the groove of things. Of course, I’ll be hand picking all these games like I do on the App Store. So, if I miss anything here and there, feel free to ping me on social media and let me know. But, I will be weeding out any clones, asset flips, quick cash-grabs, shovelware, slot games, digital clocks, hentai games, and anything else that appears to be digital junk. We hold the Roundups here to the most mediocre of standards!
