Molecano is a word/puzzle game and the newest title by developer Thomas Young. Recently released on the App Store, Molecano has you helping Molene the mole explore volcanoes by using words as bridges. The game seems easy at first, but you’ll definitely need your thinking cap for this one! Molecano is a lot more than just spelling words. Each level has a new scenario for Molene to get through. Levels start off pretty simple with just getting Molene to a piece of fruit or two. You’ll need to make sure that each word bridge that you create connects to the next one similar to the game Scrabble. Getting Molene to a single piece of fruit can be a challenge at times, but things start to get really frisky once obstacles and meta puzzles are introduced. I’ve been having a lot of fun with Molecano so far. The game is charming, yet challenging and has enough levels (400+) to keep you busy for quite a while. You can also collect coins to unlock new characters. If you’re a fan of word games or puzzle games in general, Molecano shouldn’t be missed!
