Weird Store is somewhat of a strategy game that was recently released on the App Store by HAW Studio. The game has you running a store as you try to complete orders for customers and maintain the shop’s reputation. You start off with a few thousand dollars that you’ll use to purchase materials for customers that want things built. What makes things tough is that you can only purchase 3 different materials at a time. So you have to only take customers where you know that you can fill their order. Customers that don’t get their order on time will give you a negative review. This takes some strategy and a bit of guesswork every morning. Each day you have to strategize your buying, crafting, and deciding whether to fill an order or get a new customer. Because at the end of the day, you have to have enough money to pay your taxes. Weird Store is a tough one to explain. The object is to basically last as many days as possible before eventually running out of money or ruining the store’s reputation. My only issue with the game is that there is no ending (that I know of) and nothing to show for your progress. So, you’re just playing to break your own high-score. Weird Store is one of those games where you will either love or hate. Regardless, it’s worth checking out!
