(SNAPP Reviews aren’t really full-fledged game reviews as much as they are just a way for us to give you a quick “heads-up” on whether a game is good or not. It usually means that we haven’t finished the game yet, but have played a good enough chunk to know if it’s worth your time/money.)
Well, it’s time for another SNAPP Challenge! It’s been tough trying to find the right game, but this one seems to fit the criteria.
Floppy Burger is a one-button physics-based game by indie developer, Matthew Spencer. You’re the new head chef at a “flopular” restaurant with a questionable method of burger creation. The object is to stack as much as you can and create the tallest burger possible. It’s a pretty simple concept. Meat and condiments float on a track above the bottom bun. All you have to do is tap at the right time to drop it. It’s of course, not as easy as it sounds. With the wonky physics, things can get a little tough once you get a few things on the bun. Floppy Burger is a pretty fun little game with some nice polish to it. There’s also GameCenter leaderboards and a ton of achievements. That’s where the SNAPP Challenge comes in. The person with the tallest/most expensive burger wins bragging rights for the week!
If you want to get in on this week’s SNAPP Challenge, just post a screenshot of your high-score in our Discord or on social media with the hashtag, #SNAPPChallenge! The competition usually goes until Monday morning.
Floppy Burger is also in this week’s iOS Roundup!
