Block Amok is a physics-based puzzle game that was recently re-released on the App Store by developer ALL CAPS. This game was originally released years ago and I remember really liking it, but never reviewed it. Well, for some reason the game was pulled and thankfully is back now. Block Amok plays on the age-old feud between sheep and cows. As the sheep, you control an on-rail cannon where the object is to knock down the cardboard cows and their block towers. The gameplay is almost similar to a three dimensional Angry Birds. Each level is like a puzzle where you have a limited amount of ammo while trying to hit the sweet spot and knock everything down in as few shots as possible. As you progress, you’ll earn coins that you can use to purchase power-ups, upgrade abilities, and buy new cannons. Block Amok is a fun little game with a sticky mechanic and tons of content to keep you busy for quite awhile. If you’re a fan of physics-based puzzles, Block Amok is definitely worth checking out!
