(SNAPP Reviews aren’t really full-fledged game reviews as much as they are just a way for us to give you a quick “heads-up” on whether a game is good or not. It usually means that we haven’t finished the game yet, but have played a good enough chunk to know if it’s worth your time or money.)
Linea is a puzzle game by Infinity Games that was recently released on the App Store. Infinity Games has done a great job making minimalist-style puzzle games for mobile. Linea has by far been one of my favorites so far. Puzzle games can sometimes get a bit boring or repetitive for some people. You usually have to really like solving puzzles to get into these styles of games. Things are a little different with Linea. The puzzles themselves are good enough. You’re basically drawing lines and connecting circuits in order to pass each level. What I liked about this game is the short stories that are incorporated within the puzzles. The stories keep the game flowing nicely. You’ll meet new characters and unlock unique photographs as you complete each puzzle. If you’re looking for a relaxing puzzle game with some charming stories and a little bit of collecting, Linea is definitely worth checking out.
