Towers of Everland iOS SNAPP Review!

(SNAPP Reviews aren’t really full-fledged game reviews as much as they are just a way for us to give you a quick “heads-up” on whether a game is good or not. It usually means that we haven’t finished the game yet, but have played a good enough chunk to know if it’s worth your time or money.)

Towers of Everland is yet another game that left Apple Arcade and released on the App Store on its own. Rereleasing last month, Towers of Everland is an old school dungeon crawler-style action RPG that can be played in both portrait mode or landscape. As you make your way through castle corridors and dungeons, you’ll be faced with all sorts of enemies and traps in your way. As you progress, you unlock new talents, upgrade attributes, and equip new gear. It’s all about grinding in Towers of Everland. There’s not much of a story, no side missions or princess to find. It’s all about honing your skills and becoming a medieval machine! That’s where I’m on the fence with this game. On one hand, I absolutely love the grind, but on the other, you want to feel like there’s a purpose to your grind. Regardless, Towers of Everland is a blast to play. The controls are responsive and satisfying and the art style is gorgeous. There’s also a ton of content packed into the game with a bunch of towers to scale, quests to complete, and a whole lot more. If you didn’t play the game on Apple Arcade for whatever reason, I highly recommend picking it up now!
