Slash Quest is an action-adventure game by Big Green Pillow that was recently released on the App Store by Noodlecake Studios. This was another one of those games that originally released on Apple Arcade and are now back on the App Store as a premium game. Slash Quest centers around its unique sword swinging mechanic. You control your character similar to driving a car. The left/right buttons lets you swing your swords counter clockwise, while the forward button makes your character move forward. As you kill enemies, your sword grows longer giving you different advantages. Slash Quest is a game chock full of charming characters and well designed levels. There’s plenty of mini games and side quests to keep you busy, while some of the boss fights will test your mental. I’ve been having a lot of fun with Slash Quest so far. There’s something about the swinging mechanic that keeps me coming back for more. If you’re looking for a solid adventure game, Slash Quest is definitely worth picking up! Oh, and if you never finished the game while playing it on Apple Play, your save actually carries over!
