Scrap Friends is an adventure game that was released on the App Store a couple of years ago by Zxima (Scrap Divers). Scrap Friends is a unique little game about a couple robot friends endlessly wandering through the wasteland. As your 2 friends walk, you will pick up trash along the road. Picking up trash will gain you experience, give you new items, and help you learn the story as you eventually pick up new memories. As you progress, you will run across bosses and other obstacles that get in your way. From there things change from calm, to chaotic. When an enemy or obstacle appears, you will go into a shooting mode. Shooting is as simple as tapping the screen, but you will need to learn the enemies patterns if you want to survive. I’ll try to keep the rest a surprise seeing how it’s not a very long title. Scrap Friends is a weird but fun little adventure game. The story is charming and the gameplay is fun enough to keep you engaged. If you’re looking for something a little different, Scrap Friends is definitely worth checking out.
