Rose and Camellia is an elegant bitch slap battle that recently released on the App Store by Nigoro under the Room6 umbrella. You play as the recent widow Reiko. The in-laws are worried that she’s going to get all of her late husband’s money, so they have been bullying her. Reiko has finally had enough and decides to fight back. I’ve got to say. I’m absolutely in love with this game. There used to be a game similar to this one year’s ago on the App Store with princesses if I’m not mistaken. You’re basically matched up with an opponent as you take turns slapping the shit out of each other. Slapping is as simple as swiping the screen when it’s your turn. Swiping at the right time will also block attacks. Everything plays like a graceful Super Punch-Out game. Each family member you’re up against has their own unique moves, so it’s all about learning patterns. Rose and Camellia is bitch slapping masterpiece. The visuals are absolutely beautiful and the story is well written and intriguing. Definitely give this game a chance.
