It’s time for this week’s SNAPP Challenge!
A special thank you to James (@DeadJam) for this week’s challenge. It’s been a bit of a slow week for games, so it’s been a little tough finding the perfect high-score chaser. King Scape released last week on the App Store by indie developer Mohammad Jabbari. Your job is to help the king escape his castle that is being overrun by enemies. The object is to last as long as you can by dodging incoming attacks and breaking through floors. King Scape is all about good reflexes and tapping on the screen at the right time. The quicker you can drop platforms, the better your combos are. This is one of those games that are easy to learn, but hard to master. Things can get ridiculously fast after dropping down a handful of floors. Luckily, there are power-ups that you can use to help you out. King Scape is a fun game with some really good pixel work. If you’re looking for something to challenge your reflexes, this game is definitely worth checking out.
