OptiFlight iOS SNAPP REVIEW!

(SNAPP Reviews aren’t really full-fledged game reviews as much as they are just a way for us to give you a quick “heads-up” on whether a game is good or not. It usually means that we haven’t finished the game yet, but have played a good enough chunk to know if it’s worth your time or money.)

OptiFlight is an airline route planning game that recently released on the App Store by Krish Suchdev. Your job is to plan flights and decide which routes work best for each scenario. This is one of those games that I didn’t expect to like as much as I do. The game starts off fairly easy with just connecting cities to each other and trying to get every passenger to their destination within the allotted time. Once you start unlocking scenarios, things get really frantic. You’re faced with hurricanes, blizzards, shutdowns, and a bunch more. The controls are simple drag & drops with double taps to delete routes. Everything flows really smoothly. My only wish was that there was some sort of change up here and there. The game is very statistical and plain to look at. Regardless, OptiFlight is a really unique experience. There’s tons of levels with absolutely no ads and the only IAP is for expansion levels. If you’re looking for a good strategy game, OptiFlight is definitely worth a look.
